A number of community members have already been infected this winter (I wonder if they too have been kissing little piglets), and the numbers keep rising. This is an important warning to EVERYONE!!
With a lot of sick people (not sick in the sense of cool or wicked!), walking about these days spreading the latest swine flu virus ... it is VERY IMPORTANT you take care of yourself first before heading off to the next training session! Your health is the most important thing you need to take care of.
Training while sick is a complete NO-NO!!!
Make sure you have completely healed up before hitting the streets again to session, as you could damage yourself more by not letting the body heal itself first. Drink your vitamins, eat healthily (you should be doing this anyways by now), and let the body relax and recover.
Also another factor to stay at home until you have completely healed, is to not infect anyone else at the training with what you have. At least pretend to like your fellow training buddies enough to not spread the virus... ;-)
Swine Flu symptoms include: coughing, fever, fatigue, a runny nose, sore throat, vomiting and diarrhoea. Should you have any of this then seek medical help immediately and STAY AT HOME!!!!
