More Info: This is the monthly Gauteng Gathering event! Everybody welcome. This is not a workshop, but more an open jam session with everyone from the Gauteng region getting together to share ideas and to train in a new area.

More Info: These are last minute notices sent out to invite you to a brand new location to train in. Your first contact will be a week beforehand to let you know on what date and in roughly what location it will happen. The second contact will be on the day to give you the exact location and time. It's all in aid of promoting new training venues and a bit of spontaneous fun!

Gauteng Parkour/Freerunning Workshops
Things you need to know:
- You do not need to be fit to join a class (Although we do work at getting you fit!)
- Classes are for all ages
- Arriving on your own? All classes are group sessions, so you will not be left out
- You do not need to have ever tried, or know anything about, parkour to join the class. (All levels welcome)
Workshop Thursdays
Where: Urban X Skatepark, Sunninghill, Gauteng (Click for Directions Below)

Time: 17:30 - 20:00
Cost: R60 (***New reduced monthly pricing is now available on request***)

More Info: Join us each Thursday at this unique in- and outdoor skatepark, featuring a one-of-a-kind massive FOAM PIT. Classes will include strength & conditioning exercises, focussed parkour/freerunning techniques, training tips plus time to session up the park's obstacles.
Sunday Workshop & Open Session

When: Every Sunday
Time: 10:00am - 12:30pm
Cost: R60 for the workshop, R30 for an open session (***New reduced monthly pricing is now available on request***)

More Info: The same structure as Thursday classes, although we do allow people to drop in just for an open session without any instruction and to use the skatepark's unique obstacles.
