Gloves

Postby Scyth on Tue Jul 06, 2010 6:08 pm

So like... I found these loves. Looks decent and its not easily attainable I think. Good for typing, running, texting, gaming, climbing, vaulting... Field tested by me

The black part is the grip, it goes around to the palm and covers the front of the hand. Its a type of a flexi fit but is not for intense climbing on super rough surfaces. Its used for wood and mechanical mashinery work and is waterproof for a brief time (not sure how long before it gets wet inside. But I spilt tea on it and nothing my hand was dry). Below is a pic

So here's the image. Oh and just before DC wets himself (assuming he already did after reading the first post), * "loves" -should be "gloves" in the first post. Nice

I'm still against the whole gloves thing. Nothing grips like your bare hand :D
I run where my feet take me.
I climb where my hands direct me.
I move as my body commands me.

Indeed me too. Plus I like the conditioning bare hand parkour stuff gives the hand. Its just for the sake of showing it. (I slipped over my vault horse(wood) twice and would've ate some grace and most likely dog **** if I didn't know how to roll so the gloves would serve me that at least.) And like I said. If you find yourself having a LAN in the winter at 5 degrees, this would be cool. It can be used for lots thanx to the tight fit. Though my hands get too hot in them even in the winter when running. I like my hands open and unoccupied when running, apparently your runs are more comfortable that way

I wouldn't mind me a pair of these.... especially while LANning or running in the early morning. My hands are always freezing, even in the summer....apparently it's bad circulation or something :P

Gloves are gay. Not being able to game in the cold is also gay. My feet are always freezing.

I'm not convinced about gloves to be honest. I've come to love the roughing up of my fingers and hands lately. :P They're damn good for running at night though. Although I've found very little use for them since my hands warm up during the run anyway, even on our coldest nights so far.
These are my walls
Skyward in height, stone in might
And I know they will fall
Hand and Foot,Leap and Bound
So the echoes of my footfalls resound
Stonger with step, Higher with leap
So the beats of heart are bound
These are my walls
And they too will fall

Yup. Like i said. I dont like them while running cos i like my hands open and free. And like I said I like the conditioning on the hands and fingers... Uses i've found for it : grippy so it helps with my sometime slippery vault horse. Gaming in cold or typing on the keyboard which is never fun with cold fingers. Texting when icy cold. Nice

whom ever says gloves are gay is mearly projecting his own aversion to adaptability on to the gloves and i suspect might be calling my gloves gay my hands are pretty hard but there are some situations where gloves can improve the results u achieve i've trained some pretty unforgiving structures and when others have stopped because of profusely bleeding hands i kept jamming gloves also help[ if u have an existing hand scab that's tender

besides i challenge any one who thinks that gloves are gay to go tell Mike Tyson that his gloves are gay...
