Clothing (duh, this is a girls forum ;-)

We know there are girls (young and old) training in South Africa at the moment, so this forum is intended for all to meet up with others in your area to discuss all sorts. Such as the differences when training together versus training with just the guys, what movements are good to start off with, anything else you've noticed recently when out training, general questions, etc. (Guys, for the most part please keep out of this forum. Girls only.)

I handed back a few pair of shoes after only a few weeks of training in them. (NIKE's) That was the last time I bought nikes actually. Won't buy another pair.

Ended up getting 3 shoes for the price of one that year. Kept taking them back complaining that they were ripping apart too easily.

Air Max 95's. Not a bad pair, but those "air bubble" absorbtion things just popped too easily from drop rolls. and the soles came off after only a few arm jumps.

Cool. I also never buy nike's because of the fact that some one already said the exact same thing on the forums. So, no I only trust NB
