Wednesday: July 28 · 4:00pm - 6:30pm

My mates and I are doing this weekly, feel free to join.

This is a conditioning session. Meet at Muizenberg beach parking lot at 16:00. We will warm up and do stretches until 16:30 and then 'free run' to Kalk Bay and back.

A freerun is pretty self explanatory, its a run where you maneu...ver over, under or through obstacles in your path.

All is welcome

Bring:
running shoes

No cameras

Hey man

There are weekend jams every Saturday at Muzinberg or town, either organised by PKCT (http://www.facebook.com/#!/group.php?gi ... 687&ref=ts) or Cape Town Parkour (http://www.facebook.com/#!/group.php?gi ... 518&ref=ts).

Total noobs are always welcome, they didn't kill me for my idiocy so you should be ok :D

Hey guys I was in a little car accident so my body is feeling a bit stuffed at the moment so I probably won't be doing the freerun but I'm hoping Brett can still be there. I'm sure he will at least run Saturday's jam. I'll keep you guys updated. Join the facebook groups

Hey guys thanks for coming out on such a windy day in the cape :)

I know I definitely got a workout, hope all the new guys weren't too discouraged. This is what wednesdays are all about, pure conditioning. Saturdays are more for practicing your moves and hanging around.

On that note I unfortunately wont be able to make a wednesday any more due to rugby practice, but im talking with taun to maybe make it a monday evening. I will keep you posted.

Oh btw DC taun was at the run and seemed to manage just fine. Think he's doing a lot better.

Saturday jam is probably going to be town. But we'll post an event.

Till next time.
